First, in order to ensure that we are able to get timely information to you about any changes or updates, what is the best email address for you?
Our records indicate that you are a PLUS plan provider, is that still accurate?
What lens designs are you using to fulfill PLUS plans?
Do you currently have a Rochester Optical account through VCD Labs?
Frame Kit –
Does your office currently use the VCD Labs frame kit?
We are also wanting to document who has what frames from the VCD kit, as the line has now been updated from when the program originally launched three years ago. Did you order your kit this year, last year, or sometime before that?

As of 2017 the frame kit has been fully updated with contemporary styles in sizes for men, women and kids. You can see the full kit at vcdlabs.com. We have a sale currently, and the kit which is normally $350 is now just $250. If you like, I can order that for you right now.
